Job Summary
The Financial Coach is responsible for providing tailored financial guidance and creating actionable plans that assist clients in achieving their financial objectives, encompassing various areas such as budgeting, debt management, savings strategies, and credit improvement. This role also involves the facilitation of financial literacy workshops, fostering partnerships with community organizations and banking entities, and ensuring clients have access to necessary resources. Maintaining precise client documentation and progress reporting is also essential.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of personal finance concepts is essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Candidates should demonstrate empathy, cultural competency, and the capacity for self-direction.
- Ability to achieve production targets is necessary, along with personal transportation for travel.
- Experience with CRM software and understanding credit reports is advantageous.
