Job Summary
The primary function of this role is to construct, machine, assemble, and evaluate torque converters and their components, ensuring they meet RevMax standards. This involves the utilization of various shop tools alongside precision measuring instruments.
Responsibilities
- Construct and machine torque converters and associated parts according to established specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments for inspection and quality assurance.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of production and inspections.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Assist with packing, kit assembly, and managing inventory during slower production periods.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required.
- Experience in manufacturing and basic automotive mechanics is essential.
- Familiarity with basic mechanic tools is necessary.
- Ability to follow instructions, adapt to new tasks, and interpret mechanical prints when necessary.
- Physical capability to lift heavy items and work safely in an environment with high noise levels.
- Experience with manual lathes and welding is preferred.
