Wellness is on the lookout for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become a part of our functional medicine team in Nashville, Tennessee. This position offers a chance to engage in innovative healthcare practices while focusing on patient wellness and preventive care.
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic and patient-centered care to clients.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patient health conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Registered Dietitians and health coaches.
- Utilize advanced laboratory testing to inform treatment plans.
- Educate patients on health and wellness strategies.
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Tennessee.
- Experience in functional medicine or primary care is preferred.
