Job Summary
The position is focused on spearheading the regional go-to-market strategy and driving commercial growth for the MCU, MPU, and connectivity product line. This includes managing demand generation, overseeing the design-win pipeline, establishing pricing strategies, and enhancing customer interactions. The role requires the tailoring of global strategies to meet local market demands, fostering sales and partner networks, and conveying regional insights and competitive analysis to inform product development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for MCU, MPU, and connectivity products.
- Drive demand creation and manage the design-win pipeline effectively.
- Establish competitive pricing models and enhance customer engagement efforts.
- Adapt global strategies to align with local market requirements.
- Build and maintain robust sales and partnership ecosystems.
- Provide regional insights and competitive intelligence to shape product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in product marketing or product line management.
- Strong understanding of MCU/MPU architectures, connectivity technologies, and embedded software ecosystems.
- Familiarity with semiconductor economics and applicable industries.
- A master’s degree or MBA is considered advantageous.
