Job Summary
The role involves overseeing and directing intricate Commercial Avionics and Electronic Systems (CAES) projects from start to finish. The primary focus is on meeting defined scope, deadlines, and financial constraints while leading a diverse team and formulating strategies to enhance program performance and align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle management of CAES programs, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving program efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements throughout the program.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in program management in the aerospace sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of aerospace systems and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with program management software, particularly MS Project and Earned Value Management.
- U.S. person status for compliance with export control regulations.
