Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to be part of our team at GMC Property Management, a family-owned enterprise based in South Jordan, Utah. This role is focused on ensuring that apartments are ready for new occupants, maintaining the high standards of our properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs to prepare apartments for new residents.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
- Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in maintenance areas and around the property.
- Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and complaints.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in apartment maintenance or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of common repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Must have valid vehicle insurance or reliable transportation.
