Job Summary
The role focuses on overseeing the design, development, integration, testing, and enhancement of control systems for electrical projects, ensuring they meet performance standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. The position includes mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with project teams and clients, while also providing technical estimates for sales and generating system documentation and project updates.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, control systems engineering, or a related discipline, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience with control systems and proficiency in PLC and HMI programming, as well as industrial communication protocols.
- Background in robot integration and strong knowledge of control theory and electrical principles.
- Ability to assess risks effectively and demonstrate project leadership and management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
