Job Summary
Smith+Nephew is currently looking for a dedicated Sports Medicine Territory Manager based in Los Angeles, California. This position requires you to engage with physicians and accounts, facilitating their conversion through strategic communication and providing operating room (OR) coverage. Additionally, you will be responsible for training surgeons on our products effectively.
Responsibilities
- Engage with physicians and healthcare accounts to drive product adoption.
- Provide in-situ support within the operating room to ensure successful implementation.
- Deliver comprehensive training to surgeons on the use and benefits of our medical products.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-6 years of direct sales experience.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in the medical device industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with healthcare professionals.
