Job Summary
The Real Estate Finance Manager will oversee a dedicated team of five in the auditing of landlord billings, the recovery of overcharges, and the financial analysis of a vast portfolio comprising nearly 2,000 retail locations. The role requires the individual to implement automation processes and establish strong financial controls while collaborating with various internal departments to ensure precise reporting for the portfolio.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Experience in interpreting complex commercial lease agreements is required.
