This role is pivotal in managing the full lifecycle of employee engagement, focusing on recruitment efforts, oversight of leave of absence protocols, and addressing employee relations matters.
Responsibilities
- Support the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding.
- Manage the recruitment process to attract and hire talent effectively.
- Administer leave of absence requests and ensure compliance with related policies.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and MS Office Suite.
