Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Clinical Research Associate (Senior CRA) to become part of our full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) that offers comprehensive clinical research solutions to the pharmaceutical industry. This role is pivotal in overseeing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate clinical trial activities to ensure the timely and accurate execution of studies.
- Conduct site visits to assess and support investigative sites as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to study protocols and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with investigators and site staff to enhance trial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for reporting and regulatory submission.
Qualifications
- A degree in Nursing or a relevant field is preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in clinical research, specifically as a CRA.
- Willingness to travel to various investigative sites as required.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
