**Job Title: Industrial Cook**
The Industrial Cook is responsible for operating and overseeing cooking and related equipment to create licorice mass and sugar paste in accordance with established product standards. Key duties involve managing batching processes, supervising production machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of one to three months of relevant experience; candidates with one year of experience in industrial production machinery are preferred. This position requires the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work on a 3rd shift schedule, which may include overtime and weekend shifts.
