Job Summary
The Caregiver plays a vital role in providing personal assistance and support to individuals who require help with daily activities. This position focuses on enhancing the quality of life for clients by catering to their emotional, physical, and social needs in a compassionate manner.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and support to promote mental well-being.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health criteria.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers regarding the client’s condition and needs.
- Document care services provided and report any changes in client behavior or health promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform light housekeeping and meal prep tasks.
- Valid certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
- Must have a compassionate attitude and a desire to help others.
