Job Summary
The Senior Structural Engineer will be an integral part of the Data Center Engineering (DCE) team located in Redmond, Washington. This role is critical in ensuring the structural integrity and performance of projects, contributing to the success of the engineering team while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural systems and components for data center projects.
- Implement engineering standards and procedures to enhance project effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure all engineering specifications are met.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
- Prepare detailed reports and technical documents as needed.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with additional experience.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction practices.
- Proven ability to manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience with engineering software and tools relevant to structural analysis and design.
