**Job Title: Sustaining Engineer**
The Sustaining Engineer will be responsible for improving the performance, reliability, and overall lifecycle management of sophisticated embedded electronic systems. Key responsibilities include diagnosing issues with legacy hardware, conducting root cause analyses on failures, and working closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee product compliance. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and have 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in electronics engineering with an emphasis on analog design. A strong understanding of synchro/resolver technology and familiarity with standard laboratory equipment are essential. Additionally, candidates must meet U.S. Person status requirements.
