Job Summary
This position focuses on the creation and implementation of high-quality Generative AI solutions, which encompass large language models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and scalable orchestration pipelines. The individual will oversee the complete lifecycle of AI projects, ranging from initial prototyping to eventual deployment, while also being responsible for establishing optimal practices for prompt governance and assessing model performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-level Generative AI solutions.
- Lead AI initiatives from prototyping through to production deployment.
- Establish best practices for prompt governance within AI frameworks.
- Monitor and enhance model performance throughout the lifecycle of AI initiatives.
- Implement scalable orchestration pipelines and agentic frameworks for AI applications.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering or AI development.
- At least 4 years of dedicated experience in the areas of Generative AI and large language models.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with cloud-native AI architectures.
