Job Summary
The role of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as a Program Supervisor involves overseeing and implementing behavior analysis programs within The Residence Program. This position is key in ensuring that individuals receive tailored interventions that promote positive behavior and enhance overall quality of life through evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide guidance to behavior analysts and other support staff in delivering effective behavior interventions.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct assessments and functional analyses to track progress and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
- Provide training to staff and caregivers on behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Measure and report on client outcomes and program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families regarding client progress and needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines in all program activities.
Qualifications
- Must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential.
- Previous experience in behavior analysis, especially in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with clients’ families.
- Commitment to professional development and staying current with best practices in the field.
