This role is essential for carrying out standard branch operations, which incorporate various tasks such as managing teller transactions, overseeing vault activities, and balancing ATMs. A significant aspect of this position is the development of enduring relationships with customers. Responsibilities
- Execute standard branch operations including teller transactions and vault management.
- Balance ATMs accurately and efficiently.
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Mentor and support new team members in their roles.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through superior service and relevant product recommendations.
- Work banking center hours, including Saturdays.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of one year of experience in cash handling, sales, and customer service.
- Prior experience in a banking environment is highly recommended.
- Ability to work during banking center hours, including weekends.
