Job Summary
The Assistant Nurse Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing clinical operations while ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. The Assistant Nurse Manager also participates in initiatives aimed at improving performance and takes on managerial duties when the Nurse Manager is not present.
