**Client Success Representative**
The Client Success Representative will oversee the complete client order process, handle inbound shipments, and coordinate warehouse operations in a 3PL setting. This role entails effective communication with clients, addressing any discrepancies, and ensuring that the systems are updated accurately for seamless order fulfillment. The preferred candidate should possess a minimum of three years of experience in 3PL and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Candidates must demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and logistics capabilities to efficiently manage large volumes of tasks while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
