This role involves overseeing patient movement through appointments, processing insurance preauthorizations, and educating patients on contact lens maintenance. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience in an optical or healthcare environment. A high school diploma or GED is a must, along with excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
