Job description
The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding the sales team to achieve daily performance objectives and production milestones. This position involves managing store operations, mentoring team members, and addressing advanced customer service challenges. Applicants should possess prior experience in leading and mentoring sales teams, with a preference for candidates who have a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license. A 2 or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
