**Admissions RN**
The Admissions RN is responsible for coordinating patient information and conducting thorough clinical evaluations to assess eligibility for hospice services. This role involves overseeing the admission process, which encompasses patient education, care planning, and meticulous documentation, all while collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care. Applicants should be a Registered Nurse with a license in the State of Nevada, with a strong preference for candidates who possess at least one year of experience in hospice, home health, or geriatric care. Additionally, the position requires a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and the capability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
