**Youth Counselor**
The role of the Youth Counselor involves overseeing and supporting adolescents within a psychiatric setting, prioritizing their safety and overall welfare. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or a comparable qualification along with a minimum of one year’s experience working with children or adults facing significant mental health challenges. Experience in an inpatient environment is preferred, and individuals with advanced degrees may see a reduction in the required experience duration.
