Job description
The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating leads and converting clients through proactive outreach efforts, including phone calls, email communications, and strategic prospecting focused on the healthcare sector. This role includes managing sales opportunities in the CRM system and partnering with the sales team to arrange discovery meetings, thereby contributing to overall sales achievements. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the healthcare field. Familiarity with CRM platforms, remote meeting applications, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this position.
