Job description
The DSP Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the everyday care and proactive treatment of residents in a group home environment, which includes executing Individual Support Plans. This position entails directing staff schedules, offering guidance to Direct Support Professionals, and ensuring adherence to both company policies and regulatory requirements. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, alongside a minimum of one year’s experience in supporting individuals with disabilities and some prior supervisory responsibilities. A valid Ohio driver’s license with no more than 4 points is necessary, and candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
