Job Summary
The HR Recruiter plays a pivotal role in enhancing the workforce of the organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment procedures and human resource practices to effectively source candidates that meet the company’s needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen and evaluate applications and resumes to assess qualifications.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process with team leaders.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and update candidate records.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to determine hiring needs.
- Assist in the creation of job descriptions and specifications.
- Promote the company’s brand to potential applicants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.
- Strong knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
