**Job Title: Independent Living Specialist**
The Independent Living Specialist is dedicated to enhancing the lives of older youth within the Permanency Services Program by facilitating PAL services and conducting assessments. This role involves keeping precise case documentation and partnering with multiple agencies to provide youth with essential support on their journey to independence. Candidates for this position should have either a recognized bachelor’s degree, an associate degree paired with two years of pertinent experience, or a certain number of college credit hours accompanied by related work experience. Additionally, applicants must complete a Predictive Index Assessment during the recruitment process.
