**Job Title: Land Coordinator**
The Land Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Land Department in areas such as land development, property acquisitions, and project timelines to guarantee that tasks are completed promptly. This position also involves managing vendor agreements, liaising with Homeowner’s Associations, and supervising the processing of permits and managing project budgets. Ideal candidates should possess an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, or have two to three years in a related field. The position necessitates the flexibility to work overtime and travel overnight when required.
