Job description
The L&D Program Manager plays a crucial role in the strategic design, implementation, and management of learning programs within their designated division. Collaborating closely with divisional leadership and the HR team, they assess development requirements and facilitate the creation of learning pathways via the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS). Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree along with 5 to 8 years of experience in Learning & Development or organizational development. A solid foundation in analytical thinking, effective communication, and instructional design is essential, with a background in the construction sector being highly desirable.
