**Job Title: Legal Officer**
The Legal Officer is responsible for delivering prompt and precise legal guidance to the Office of Legal Affairs as well as other departments across the organization. This role is crucial for maintaining the effective operation of the office, ensuring that all activities are in accordance with the IOM legal structure and comply with international law. Ideal candidates should possess a Master’s degree in law coupled with five years of professional experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience. A strong command of English is necessary, and candidates should have substantial experience in commercial or contract law.
