Job description
**Job Title: Maintenance Assistant**
The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and installations inside and outside the community. This includes working on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The role also involves keeping common areas in excellent condition and promptly addressing maintenance requests from residents. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates who possess 1-3 years of relevant experience and a fundamental understanding of building equipment and the codes applicable to healthcare facilities.
