**Job Title: Medication Technician**
The Medication Technician is responsible for delivering compassionate, hands-on assistance to residents, focusing on medication administration and support with daily living activities. This role also involves overseeing medication stock, keeping accurate records, and creating a nurturing atmosphere that prioritizes the well-being of residents. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification and hold a valid state medication administration license, including CNA, CMA, CMT, or QMAP. A minimum of 12 months of experience in a caregiving role, along with current First Aid and CPR certifications, is essential.
