Job description
**Job Title: Patient Care Assistant**
In this role, you will deliver both direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include aiding patients with their daily living activities and implementing therapeutic interventions. You will also facilitate therapeutic group sessions while observing patients for any behavioral or physical changes to guarantee safety and provide effective care. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, with preference given to those holding an associate’s or technical degree. A minimum of two years of experience in behavioral healthcare is essential, along with necessary certifications such as BLS and TEAM.
