Job description
**Job Title: Occupational Therapist**
Deliver personalized occupational therapy services to seniors in their residences or assisted living facilities. Create tailored treatment plans, maintain progress records in the electronic medical record system, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team. Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Therapy license or be qualified to obtain one. Basic computer skills, experience with EMR systems, and up-to-date CPR certification are mandatory.
