Job description
**Job Title: Client Onboarding and Implementation Lead**
Oversee the onboarding and implementation activities for client sites, guaranteeing effective configuration, training, and transition to live operations. Serve as the main point of contact between clinical personnel and internal product and engineering groups to enhance platform usage and clinical workflows. A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, clinical practice, or health IT implementation is required. Expertise in major EHR systems and strong interpersonal abilities for client relationship management are crucial.
