The physical therapist will assess and provide treatment for individuals with neurological and complex orthopedic issues in their home and community environments. Collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary team, they will create and execute personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving functional objectives. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and maintain an active state license. Prior experience in managing neurological conditions, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities, is essential.
