Job description
**Job Title: Physical Therapist**
Deliver personalized physical therapy services to senior residents in diverse living environments, conducting assessments and creating tailored treatment strategies. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team and accurately record patient care within the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Applicants must either hold a current Physical Therapy license or qualify for licensure and have graduated from a recognized Physical Therapy educational program. Essential skills include basic computer proficiency and familiarity with EMR systems, as well as up-to-date CPR certification.
