Job description
Job Summary
The Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the required standards and specifications. This position involves the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance protocols to enhance product reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and establish quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and testing on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives.
- Prepare and document quality assurance reports and findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or engineering roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, ISO, etc.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
