**Quality Support Specialist**
The Quality Support Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance with service delivery standards by conducting frequent audits and inspections, along with formulating corrective action plans. In addition, they are tasked with creating and implementing training programs for staff to guarantee compliance with both state and federal regulations. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience in the IDD sector, particularly in areas related to training, teaching, or auditing. A bachelor’s degree is preferable, and candidates must possess certifications in First Aid, CPR, and CPI.
