Job description
The Director of Facilities will oversee maintenance, engineering, and capital enhancement initiatives across various resort sites, ensuring safety and operational efficiency. This position requires managing departmental budgets, supervising preventive maintenance strategies, and developing teams to provide an exceptional guest experience. Ideal candidates will have 7–10+ years of experience in facilities or property management, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a multifaceted environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, along with robust technical expertise in building systems and compliance with safety regulations.
