Job description
The Co-Store Manager is responsible for leading the sales floor and receiving sections, overseeing merchandising, staff training, and customer service excellence. Additionally, this role entails financial management, including supervision of payroll budgets, expenditures, and minimizing loss. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years in retail management. Flexibility in scheduling for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, and the position requires the capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
