The Registered Nurse in Nursing Professional Development will be responsible for creating, executing, and evaluating educational initiatives aimed at improving healthcare practices and patient results. This role involves assessing the learning needs of staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and employing evidence-based materials to promote a supportive professional atmosphere. Applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s degree, a current Registered Nurse license, and a minimum of 3 years of RN experience, which includes at least 1 year in a CVICU setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory or must be acquired within 30 days of employment.
