**Senior Benefits Analyst**
The Senior Benefits Analyst will oversee the daily management and compliance of health, welfare, leave, and retirement programs. Acting as a subject matter expert, this individual will ensure data accuracy, maintain vendor partnerships, and assist with audits and employee questions. Candidates should exhibit excellent analytical abilities and have a comprehensive understanding of federal and state benefits regulations, including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA. Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is essential for effective handling of benefits data and communication with employees.
