Job Summary
The Support Services Credentialist plays a crucial role in the administration of credentials for support services, ensuring compliance with state mandates and organizational standards. This position involves facilitating the credentialing process and managing relevant documentation to uphold quality service delivery in support roles.
Responsibilities
- Administer the credentialing process for support service personnel.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the credentialing process.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards for credentialing.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of credential files.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline the credentialing workflow.
- Provide training and support to staff involved in the credentialing process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of credentialing processes and compliance regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
