Job description
The Senior Counsel will take lead responsibility for court appearances, depositions, legal briefs, and trial proceedings, while crafting persuasive themes for cases. This role includes mentoring junior attorneys and fostering strong client connections. Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited institution and have an active license to practice law in California. A minimum of 8 years of substantial experience in litigation, especially in the field of insurance defense, is essential.
