Take charge of intricate and high-stakes insurance defense trials, encompassing cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. Oversee the entire litigation process, formulate case strategies, and offer insightful legal advice to both clients and insurance providers. This role necessitates a Juris Doctor (JD) and an active bar license in California. Applicants should possess over 8 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, demonstrating a successful history as the primary trial counsel.
