**Job Title: Residential Assistant**
The Residential Assistant plays a crucial role in overseeing and providing care for clients within a residential treatment facility. This includes conducting drug tests and ensuring a safe environment throughout the premises. Additionally, they are responsible for aiding clients with their daily living activities, documenting client behaviors, and participating in emergency response initiatives when necessary. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or GED, with preference given to those who have some college education. A valid driver’s license and a commitment to maintaining sobriety are essential for this position.
