The Vice President of Graduate Medical Education Operations will lead the incorporation of graduate medical education into community-oriented clinical training settings while enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. This position entails managing strategic initiatives, refining clinical processes, and maintaining strict alignment with ACGME regulations throughout the organization. Applicants should have a Master’s degree and a demonstrated track record in enforcing organizational policy adherence and managing finances related to GME. Strong familiarity with accreditation procedures, curriculum design, and the capability to mentor both clinical faculty and trainees is highly desirable.
