Job description
**Job Title: Head of Global People Strategy**
Take charge of the worldwide People strategy and pivotal initiatives for the Enterprise Operations division, which includes approximately 11,000 team members. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to enhance organizational culture, drive talent development, and oversee workforce planning, while ensuring alignment with overarching business goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of advanced HR experience, particularly in executive HR business partnering and global organizational leadership roles. Strong business and financial insights, exceptional communication abilities, and a demonstrated history of successfully managing extensive organizational change are essential qualifications.
